British influences inspire Tyla definitively, who has a strong connection to London.

Born and raised in Berne, Tyla Durden collected, after having taken piano and singing lessions, first experiences on small stages. Later than taken on by Mich Gerber a Berne’s Base player whom she joined as a guest-singer on his European Tour.

Soundtrack-Recordings with Peter von Siebenthal for a Film-production, followed as also recordings for the Singer-Songwriter Trummer. In her youth Tyla Durden was primary interested in new wave, house and pop. Artists such as Depeche Mode, The Streets, Tory Amos, Massive Attack, Sido, Roisin Murphy inspire Tyla till today. Turning 20 Tyla got the opportunity of recording a solo Album. She began to transpose her Songs in the Studio. Major Labels started to show interest. Getting to know the Producers of MBROS Records a new chapter opened for Tylas Musical career. After a year of hard work at the Studios, the production of her debut Album was accomplished.

Tyla Durden, figurehead of the stylistically Confident Underground. Sex, Drugs and Bold-Beats – a Mix of smoky- subtle voice, Staged self-performance, Glam, Cat-walks, Comics, Street life and other Pop-Culture Influences. Her Debut-Album will go by the name "IN TYLA WE TRUST". So let’s follow her to the Musical Mount Olympus….
